Szechuan Sedona brings Health from the Kitchen
When you think vegetables you think fresh, and fresh is Szechuan Sedona’s specialty. There are so many sushi selections here worth trying! From start to finish we recommend the tofu lettuce wraps with finely minced tofu, black mushrooms, water chestnuts, and pine nuts. Its all stir-fried with their special brown sauce and served with lettuces. If you enjoy spicy then go for the hot and sour soup with mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots, and tofu in a spicy vinegar broth.
For entrees some of our favorites are the eggplant in garlic sauce, stir-fried with green and red peppers, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots. Their pan fried noodles are also amazing with its soft noodles, bean sprouts, onions, green onions, and shredded cabbage and carrots in the chef’s special brown sauce. Any of these dishes are worth checking out and for your convenience you can even order in with grubhub.

Our veggie favorite has to be the grilled marinated vegetables with wasabi vinaigrette. It comes served with cilantro infused rice and if you choose you can add grilled tofu in the mix.
Wanting something lighter for a simple date night? We love their roasted pear and butternut squash soup as a first introduction. Also the warm red cabbage salad with balsamic reduction, goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts and apples is gives a tasty satisfaction. Those along with the gingerbread stuffed artichoke hearts with toasted pine nuts are some of their apps made in heaven.
